We do not provide a horse racing tipping service. Our reports are based on the actual timing of individual horses in past races.
Daily Sectionals cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury whether direct or indirect, arising from participation in betting on horse races.
If you decide to gamble on horse racing using the information received from our website, you do so on the understanding of risks associated with gambling and you have assumed personal resposibility for these risks.

Change of Mind
Daily Sectionals does not offer exchanges or refunds if a customer change’s their mind. Consumers have the right to ask for a repair or replacement if the services sold:
- Were not delivered completely or with adequate care and skill
- Did not fit the purpose or give the results that you and the consumer had agreed to
- Were not delivered within a reasonable time
